Traffic safety with Halloween twist is the main theme of the Festival which is taking place on October 31 in West Lake Water Park. Paricipate in a costume parade, enjoy the exhibition of old motorbikes and cars collection and challenge ghost-themed attractions. There will also be music performances and a Halloween fashion show. The party kicks off at 8pm and rocks to 10pm. The event's purpose is to raise youth's awareness about the danger of illegal bike racing, which causes lethal accidents.
