A tiger breeding farm in Thanh Hoa has been found to have an expired operation licence. This comes after an incident last month in which a boy suffered serious injuries after being clawed by one of the tigers. Speaking of popular tourist spots, Bui Vien in Saigon will now be an exclusively pedestrian-only zone on Saturday and Sunday nights starting July 15.
