The Market Cooking School

Established by Ms. Vy, these classes are designed for the food enthusiast keen to gain an in-depth knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine. Participants first go on a guided tour of Hoi An's colourful Central Market to buy ingredients and then visit The Market Restaurant where the classes are held. There they walk around the various stalls to watch different dishes being made before learning how to do it themselves - the perfect arrangement.
