One of the oldest Italian restaurants in Vietnam and also one of the very best, Good Morning Vietnam serves homemade pasta and imported Divella dry pasta from Italy. The tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi and lasagne are made fresh every day.
Have a glass of wine with the inviting owner, Luca, and enjoy the warm atmosphere and Italian specialities that don't come more authentic than this - the risotto ai porcini (mushroom risotto) for instance, or the homemade gnocchi al Gorgonzola. The pizzas are great, too.
Good Morning Vietnam is also present in Nha Trang, and is part of La Hostaria restaurant group dedicated to bringing 'proper' Italian cuisine to Vietnam.
