A Meal and drink at the beach lounge

The tour starts with a delicious smoothie and muffin at our comfortable lounge in the centre of Hoi An. We then drive past the old town to Cam Nam Island where we visit a local ship repair yard and we experience the hard work involved in maintaining a local fishing boat.

After a short drive through a local village and beautiful countryside, we then stop at a local family’s graveyard. Here, guests learn more about the belief system in Vietnam and the importance of family. We then continue on to our friends at the local shoemaker, the funniest stop en route where clients learn about the ancient tradition of tailoring and shoemaking in Hoi An.

Guests then take a break overlooking Hoi An Ancient Town and the Thu Bon River. Here our NGO partner Streets International provides a healthy local snack and drink. We then move across the street, for either our painting workshop or a workshop with our NGO partner Lifestart Foundation about the art of Hoi An Lantern making. Afterwards, on our drive through the countryside, guests will experience first-hand the beauty of the rice paddies, monkey bridges and grazing buffalo’s. Next stop, guests learn more about the local craft of pottery making, and witness first-hand the skills and expertise of the local craftsmen. We then drive through Tra Que Village, Hoi An’s vegetable and herb garden. At the end of the tour, guest can unwind in a stunning beach lounge overlooking An Bang Beach with some delicious food and drinks.
