One of Vietnam’s nine most beautiful beaches, Ninh Chu Bay is a 10 km crescent of white sand and clean ocean. Except for a few weeks in winter, the waves and current are not strong enough to be dangerous. In the early mornings the beach is alive with locals coming out to see the sunrise, exercise, and gossip. Late in the afternoon the beach suddenly goes from deserted to having thousands of Vietnamese come out and play.
The bay is also excellent for water sports such as kite and wind surfing. It has the same winds as Mui Ne but with a lot less people riding them.
