Hottest Events from March's Third WeekApocalaughs Now is one of Saigon's biggest  and best alternative comedy nights. Last time it was on show, over 200 people joined  and enjoyed the night.
This Tuesday Cargo Bar brings back this show which will be directed by two head co/median: Dave Callan and Daniel Kinno, who are visiting Vietnam as part of their Southeast Asian tour. Both are well known alternative comedy artists, having built their reputation in prime time television in Australia and the US respectively.
Dave Callan was born in Dundalk, Ireland, and arrived in Australia in 1990. He spent part of his teenage years in Perth where he attended Chisholm Catholic College. From 2005 to 2008 he had several radio programs before moving to television, where he participated in several shows.
He has been touring internationally for years, having had shows each year in the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
Daniel Kinno was born in Minsk, and in 1996 moved  to the US. Daniel Kinno delivers insightful and raucous narratives on topics ranging from the menial tasks of daily life, to relationships, pop culture, and his unusual Russian heritage with a truly unique perspective. Kinno can be recognized from television where his stand up has been featured on MTV, The Game Show Network and The WB. The show will also feature a couple of our favourite local comics MC Steve Jackson and Jeremy Ginsburg, from Stand-Up Saigon.
