Hydrofoil from/to Vung Tau
There's only one remaining operator running six trips to Vung Tau from HCMC and back so you are spoilt for choice. Trips generally take an hour and a half and take you through the Saigon River. The boats load and unload along the waterfront at the Bach Dang Wharf passenger quay in downtown HCMC and in Vung Tau at the Ferry Landing on 120 Ha Long. The ageing fleet will soon be replaced with more modern boats with Greenlines being the first service to do this with the rest to follow in the coming months. Please note that large items such as furniture and motorbikes are not accepted as luggage.
